Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Moka.Net Technologies only collects the data needed to answer your requests. This page explains which data, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Ahmed Dridi, operating Moka.Net Technologies (sole proprietorship), Rue du Carré 7/31, 4000 Liège, Belgium, company number 1034.208.555. Contact: infos@moka-net-technologies.com.

Data collected and purposes

Contact form

Name, company (optional), email address, topic and message, together with your consent, its date and the version of the text you accepted. Purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your name, email address, topic, message and consent are required to handle your request: without them it cannot be sent. Company is optional.

Technical logs

On each visit, the server records the IP address, the date, the requested page, the referring page and the browser used. Purpose: security and proper operation of the website. The IP address is also used, in memory for one minute, to limit abusive use of the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website uses no audience measurement, no advertising and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no data is sent to Google Fonts or any other service. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests: automatically deleted from the database no later than 12 months after receipt. If a business relationship follows, the relevant correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and then of legal obligations, including accounting (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Database backups: 15 days at most, then deleted.
  • Technical logs: 15 days at most.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties; only Ahmed Dridi has access to it. The website and its database are hosted by Namecheap, Inc., in the United States, acting as a processor. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914), included in the hosting provider's data processing addendum. A copy of these safeguards is available on request at infos@moka-net-technologies.com.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out. Write to infos@moka-net-technologies.com or use the contact form: you will receive an answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels: www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies

The website sets a single cookie, mk_locale, when you choose a language: it remembers that choice for one year. Strictly functional, it is not used for any tracking and therefore requires no consent. No other cookie is set.
